The invention relates to disk mills of fibrous cellulosic material and is used in the pulp and paper industry. The purpose of the invention is to improve the grinding quality by ensuring that the disks pass through the disks with a uniform flow of material. The goal is achieved by the fact that the grinding segments are made with grooves directed at an angle to the plane of the disk, and are fixed on each 25 disk with a fixed gap, forming, together with the grooves, a channel for removing steam from the area between the grinding disks into the mill body. Moreover, the grooves form an angle of 30-60 ° with the plane of the disk, are located on a circle concentric with the disk, and the grinding segments have protrusions in the area of the inlet openings of the grooves. In FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of a disk mill; in FIG. 2 and 3 - two options for performing grinding disks. The mill contains a feeding device 1, a housing 2, grinding disks 3 and 4. The disk 3 is provided with an inlet 5 for supplying material. The disks are equipped with grinding segments 6 and 7 and form 4 zone 8 between them. The segments are made with grooves 9 directed at an angle to the plane of the disk and fixed on each disk with a fixed gap 10, which forms a channel for removing steam from the aeon 8 along with the grooves into the mill body. The grooves 9 form an angle οί · 30-60 ° with the plane of the disk; they can be located around a circle concentric to the disk. The grinding segments have protrusions 11 located in the area of the inlet openings of the stitches. The disk drive is not shown in the drawing. The mill operates as follows. The feed device I directs the material through the inlet 5 to zone 8. When grinding, most of the vapor generated in the aeon 8 passes through the grooves 9, as a result of which the undesirable effect of steam on the process is reduced. The amount of steam passing through the grooves should preferably be equal to the amount of steam passing through zone 8. As a result of the removal of steam through the grooves 9 and the gap 10 into the mill body, the temperature in zone 8 decreases, the space for the fibrous material increases and the vibration 15 decreases. Claims (4) [1] The mill works as follows. The feeding device I guides the material through the inlet 5 to zone 8.
